What's This About?

I try to read a chapter of Proverbs each day. This is a simple way to keep me on track; to discipline myself to read/think/pray/post...hopefully daily...a portion of scripture and make a comment or observation...and invite yours! Add your insights, comments, or disagreements concerning the proverb of the day in the "comments."

Don't Let It Get Old!

Probably the most-often memorized portion of Proverbs is chapter 3:5,6:

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
and He will make straight your paths."

Perhaps it is too familiar? Maybe it is so well-known that too often I forget to meditate on what it means to actually trust with all? Have I chewed on how I may still be leaning on my own understanding? What does it look like to acknowledge Him in all my ways?

Excuse me, I'm going to go for a jog and think on this...
